Super Spirulina Smoothie bowlΒ 

Spirulina is a blue green algae, it helps prevent cancer, reduces cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, boosts energy, lowers chances of having a stroke and is now one of the top ten super foods in the world 🌎  Ingredients: Half a teaspoon of spirulina powder  2 blocks of frozen almond milk 1 frozen banana 🍌  1/4 cup coconut milk  1 tsp almond butter  Toppings; I used frozen blueberries, Gogi berries, chia seeds, mixed seeds, cacao nibs  Don’t put too much spirulina powder in or you might not like the taste. Ostrich Avo “burger”Β 

I always ask my partner after making us a meal, if he ordered this in the restaurant would he come back to the restaurant just for that meal… I’m not trying to blow my own trumpet here but to be honest I’d come back to a restaurant just for this more than three times a week.
